A. Cancellation policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods or has.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bösing, Ghafourian-Sedigh und Köhne GbR, Gartenweg 5, 26209 Hatten, Germany, Tel. : +49 441 24928152, Email: support@lucid-club. com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. B a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
You can also use the model cancellation form or another clear declaration on our website https://lucid-club.com/apps/returns electronically and submit. If you make use of this option, we will inform you immediately (e.g. B by e-mail) to send a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than that offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods or hand them over to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
