When your order ships is shown on every product page above the button. After that your parcel usually takes 1 to 2 working days within Germany and 2 to 5 to other EU countries. As soon as it is on its way, you get the tracking link by email.

Germany €4.99, free from €100. Austria €4.99, free from €100. All other countries are in the shipping info.

Check the tracking link in your shipping email. It shows where your parcel is, for example with a neighbour or at a parcel shop. Can't find it? Email support@lucid-club.com with your order number.

Email support@lucid-club.com right away with your order number and the correct address. As long as you have no shipping confirmation, your parcel is still in the warehouse and we change the address.

PayPal, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Klarna Pay Now, Klarna Pay Later, Sofort and EPS. With Klarna Pay Later you pay within 14 days of shipping.

You have 14 days from delivery. Start your return in our returns portal, that's where you get the label. You pay for the label yourself, also when you exchange for a different size or colour.

No later than 14 days after you've declared your withdrawal, for example in the returns portal. We can wait until the items are back with us or you show us proof of postage. The money goes back to the payment method you used.

Go by centimetres, not by the size you usually wear. With Star Denim, the number after the slash is not a waist size: M/32 measures 88 cm around the waist, 44 cm measured flat. Lay a pair that fits you flat, measure it and compare with the size chart on the product page.
