Your role:

As a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) in part-time employment, you play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer journey and are therefore directly responsible for the satisfaction of our customers.

Your tasks:

  • Processing customer inquiries via email
  • Communicate with our logistics team to ensure a smooth shipping process
  • Solution-oriented processing of concerns and complaints
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service experience

Your qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and a high level of service orientation
  • Affinity for fashion and streetwear is an advantage

Note: Our office location is in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony. Despite our home office offer, you should ideally come from the region so that you can be present in the office regularly.
