The order duration for the various products is shown on the respective product page. We always endeavour to hand over your order to DHL as quickly as possible.
Which delivery service do you use?
Our packages are delivered by DHL. We have found that DHL can provide the safest and fastest delivery.
What happens if I am not at home when the first delivery attempt is made?
You can use your tracking link, which you will receive via email immediately after your order has been dispatched, to see at any time where your package is and whether it was left with a neighbor or in a parcel shop, for example. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our support at any time.
What can I do if I ordered my order to the wrong address?
If the order has not yet shipped (i.e. you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email), you can simply email us at support@lucid-club.com and we will change the address for you.
How can I exchange or return an order?
You can easily exchange or return your order via our returns portal.
We are not covering return shipping costs at this time.

How long does it take to process my return?
After receiving your return, the refund will usually be made via your original payment method within 72 hours of receiving your package in our warehouse.
