Which size do I take?

Your usual size. Everything is cut wide already, you do not need to size up. If you want it looser, take one more. If the waist feels too wide, go one down, it still stays wide. M is the most ordered size. The measurements are in the size chart on the product page.

When will my order arrive?

2 to 4 days within Germany, 5 to 7 days across Europe. Shipping is free within Germany on orders over 90 €. Rates for other destinations are shown at checkout, and international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. You get the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

What if the size does not fit?

You have 14 days. Unworn, with tags, exchange or money back. Both run through our returns portal, where you also get the label. You cover the cost of the return shipment. Once the parcel arrives at the warehouse the money is usually back within 14 working days, by the same method you paid with.

Yes, with Klarna pay on invoice. You only pay once your items are with you. Otherwise: PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna instant payment, Sofort and EPS.

How do I wash this properly?

Inside out, 30 degrees, no tumble dryer. Wash denim as rarely as possible, that keeps the wash and the fit. Every piece is washed individually, so measurements can vary slightly.

What Does GSM Mean on a Hoodie?

On a hoodie, GSM stands for fabric weight: grams per square metre. One square metre of the fabric is weighed, and the number in grams is the GSM value.

Our Cozy Hoodie has 360 GSM. Here you will read what the number tells you and what it does not.

What does GSM measure?

Only the weight per area. A higher number means more yarn in the same area, so the fabric is denser and heavier. A tee is usually much lower than a sweat hoodie, and a hoodie with a high number feels noticeably heavier when you put it on.

What GSM does not tell you.

The material. 360 GSM of pure cotton feels different from 360 GSM of a blend. So always look at the composition too.
The finishing. Seams, hood and cuffs are not in any number.
The fit. A heavy fabric can be cut slim or wide.

The Cozy Hoodie and the Cozy Sweatpants are made of 70 % cotton and 30 % polyester at 360 GSM. The hoodie has a double layered hood, and both pieces are embroidered.

How that feels is best put in the words of the people who wear it. A review of the Cozy Hoodie in Melange Grey says: "It is soft inside (but needs washing now and then because it pills), the fabric is thick and comfortable to wear, and the sizing is accurate."

How to spot a heavy hoodie in a shop.

The GSM value is on the product page. If it is missing, ask.
The composition is given in percent, not as "high quality fabric".
There is a size chart in centimetres, not just S to XL.

Heavy does not mean as warm as a jacket.

A dense fabric keeps wind out better than a thin one, but it does not replace a winter jacket. In autumn the set is enough on its own, in winter it is the layer under your jacket. You will find looks for that in Tracksuit outfits.
