Ordering & Shipping
The order duration for the various products is shown on the respective product page. We always endeavour to hand over your order to DHL as quickly as possible.
Our packages are delivered by DHL. We have found that DHL can provide the safest and fastest delivery.
You can use your tracking link, which you will receive via email immediately after your order has been dispatched, to see at any time where your package is and whether it was left with a neighbor or in a parcel shop, for example. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our support at any time.
If the order has not yet been shipped (i.e. you have not received a shipping confirmation email), you can simply send us an email to support@lucid-club.com and we will change the address for you.

Returns & Exchanges
You can easily exchange or return your order via our returns portal.
We do not cover return shipping costs at this time.
