Who delivers the parcels?
Our parcels are delivered by DHL. We have found that DHL can provide the safest and fastest delivery.
What happens if I am not at home on the first delivery attempt?
Via your tracking link, which you will receive by e-mail immediately after your order has been dispatched, you can track where your parcel is at any time and whether it has been left with a neighbor or in a parcel store, for example. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our support team at any time.
What can I do if I have ordered to the wrong address?
If the order has not yet been shipped (i.e. you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email), you can simply send us an email to support@lucid-club.com and we will change the address for you.
How can I exchange or return an order?

How long will it take to process my return/exchange?
Nach Erhalt deiner Retoure, wird dein Umtausch in der Regel innerhalb von 48 Stunden neu versandt. Die Erstattung von Retouren erfolgt in der Regel innerhalb von 72h nach Erhalt deines Pakets in unserem Lager, über deine ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode.
