Which size do I take?

Your usual size. Everything is cut wide already, you do not need to size up. If you want it looser, take one more. If the waist feels too wide, go one down, it still stays wide. M is the most ordered size. The measurements are in the size chart on the product page.

When will my order arrive?

2 to 4 days within Germany, 5 to 7 days across Europe. Shipping is free within Germany on orders over 90 €. Rates for other destinations are shown at checkout, and international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. You get the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

What if the size does not fit?

You have 14 days. Unworn, with tags, exchange or money back. Both run through our returns portal, where you also get the label. You cover the cost of the return shipment. Once the parcel arrives at the warehouse the money is usually back within 14 working days, by the same method you paid with.

Yes, with Klarna pay on invoice. You only pay once your items are with you. Otherwise: PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna instant payment, Sofort and EPS.

How do I wash this properly?

Inside out, 30 degrees, no tumble dryer. Wash denim as rarely as possible, that keeps the wash and the fit. Every piece is washed individually, so measurements can vary slightly.

Streetwear Drops Explained: How a Drop Works

A streetwear drop is a release at a fixed time: new pieces or returning colours go online at an announced time, in limited numbers. At Lucid Club, this is how new pieces land in the shop. Here is how a drop works with us.

When do drops go live?

There's no fixed day. We announce every drop in advance, first in the WhatsApp channel, so you know what you're waiting for.

What is WhatsApp Early Access?

Through our WhatsApp channel you are the first to hear about new drops, and you get the link before everyone else. For the Cozy Drop in October 2026, for example, Early Access opens at 5:45 pm, 15 minutes before the public launch.

Why WhatsApp? Lucid Club should feel like a night in one room with 3 of your best friends. That is why you hear it there first, not from an ad.

Drop or restock?

Drop: something new, a new colour or a new piece.
Restock: something that was sold out comes back. In the shop you can tell by the "Restock" badge.

The Cozy Drop in October 2026 brings both: Navy Blue, Black and Melange Grey of the Cozy Tracksuit come back, and Wine Red, Olive Green and Dark Grey have been announced as new.

How to be ready.

Sort out your size beforehand. Measure a pair of trousers or a hoodie that fits you and compare with the size guide. During the drop there is no time to measure.
Have your payment method ready. You can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card and Klarna, among others.
Know the shipping threshold. In Germany shipping is free from €90, to Austria from €95.
Turn on Early Access. If you are in the WhatsApp channel, you get the link first.

And if your size is gone?

Then stay in the WhatsApp channel: we announce restocks there first. In the shop, many products let you sign up to be notified for your size.

If the size does not fit after delivery after all, you have 14 days to exchange or return through our returns portal.

Is there a fixed drop schedule?

No. A drop happens when the pieces are ready. We announce the date in the WhatsApp channel first.
