Frequently asked questions
Which size do I take?
Your usual size. Everything is cut wide already, you do not need to size up. If you want it looser, take one more. If the waist feels too wide, go one down, it still stays wide. M is the most ordered size. The measurements are in the size chart on the product page.
When will my order arrive?
2 to 4 days within Germany, 5 to 7 days across Europe. Shipping is free within Germany on orders over 90 €. Rates for other destinations are shown at checkout, and international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. You get the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
What if the size does not fit?
You have 14 days. Unworn, with tags, exchange or money back. Both run through our returns portal, where you also get the label. You cover the cost of the return shipment. Once the parcel arrives at the warehouse the money is usually back within 14 working days, by the same method you paid with.
Can I pay later?
Yes, with Klarna pay on invoice. You only pay once your items are with you. Otherwise: PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna instant payment, Sofort and EPS.
How do I wash this properly?
Inside out, 30 degrees, no tumble dryer. Wash denim as rarely as possible, that keeps the wash and the fit. Every piece is washed individually, so measurements can vary slightly.
Who is Lucid Club?
