When are the new drops?
There's no fixed schedule. Every drop is announced in the WhatsApp channel first, and that's where you get early access.
How long does shipping take?
When your order ships is shown on every product page above the button. After that your parcel usually takes 1 to 2 working days within Germany and 2 to 5 to other EU countries.
How much is shipping?
Germany €4.99, free from €100. Austria €6.99, free from €100. All countries are in the shipping info.
What if I'm not home for the delivery?
Once your order ships, you get your tracking link by email. It shows where your parcel is, including whether it's with a neighbour or at a parcel shop. Questions? Email support@lucid-club.com.
How can I pay?
PayPal, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Klarna Pay Now, Klarna Pay Later, Sofort and EPS. With Klarna invoice you pay 14 days after shipping.
How do I exchange or send something back?
Through our returns portal. You have 14 days. You pay for the return label yourself, also for exchanges.
When do I get my money back?
No later than 14 days after you've declared your withdrawal, for example in the returns portal. We can wait until the items are back with us or you show us proof of postage. The money goes back to the payment method you used.
Streetwear by Lucid Club
Lucid Club is a streetwear label from Oldenburg, founded in 2019 by two friends. Our two lines: Star Denim, our jeans with the logo star on the back pocket, in washes from Sahara Sky through Raw Blue and Raw Black to Phantom Black and Smoked Mocha, plus Star Denim Jorts for summer. And the Cozy Tracksuit: Cozy Hoodie and Cozy Sweatpants, on their own or as a set, in Black, Melange Grey, Navy Blue and Pink, and from 9 October also in Wine Red, Olive Green and Dark Grey.
Our own cuts, our own washes, handmade in Europe. New pieces land in drops. We announce every drop on WhatsApp first, and with early access you see it before anyone else. Within Germany shipping is free from €100.
