Lucid Club was founded in 2018 in Germany.
Our vision, then as now, was to enable our customers to inspire others through their lucid vision and confidence gained through our fashion.
We did this under the guiding principle:

This is our motivation to inspire and excite people with our products day after day. Lucid Club does not embody a streetwear brand but a streetwear lifestyle.

Our packages are usually shipped free of charge within 48 hours. In individual cases, high order volumes may result in a shipping time of up to 4 business days.
By whom are the packages delivered?
Our packages are delivered by DHL. We have experienced that DHL can provide the safest and fastest delivery.
What happens if I am not at home on the first delivery attempt?
Via your tracking link, which you will receive by email immediately after your order has been shipped, you can track the location of your package at any time and whether it has been delivered to a neighbor or a parcel store, for example. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our support at any time.
What can I do if I ordered my order to the wrong address?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet (so you haven't received a shipping confirmation email), you can simply email us at support@lucid-club.com and we'll change the address for you.
How can I exchange or return an order?
You can easily exchange or return your order via our returns portal. Afterwards you will receive your return label immediately. Link to the returns portal:

How long does it take to process my return/exchange?
Upon receipt of your return, your exchange will usually be reshipped within 48 hours. Refunds for returns are usually issued within 72 hours after your package is received in our warehouse, via your original payment method.
