Shipment
All orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours (unless otherwise stated on the product page of the item you ordered).
Deliveries within Germany are usually delivered within 1-3 working days after receipt of the order.
Deliveries to Austria are usually delivered within 3-6 working days after receipt of the order.
Deliveries to other EU countries are usually delivered within 4-7 working days of receipt of the order.
Deliveries to all non-EU countries are usually delivered within 4-9 working days of receipt of the order.
Deliveries to all other countries are usually delivered within 10-14 working days after receipt of the order.
We reserve the right not to deliver to individual countries and regions.

We would like to inform our customers from the UK, Switzerland and other non-EU countries that shipments over a certain amount may be subject to additional taxes and customs fees. Please note that our product prices and order totals do not include local taxes or duties from non-EU countries. We recommend that you inform yourself about the import regulations and any taxes that may apply in your country and take these into account when placing orders that exceed the respective import limits.
Payments
Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:
Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods. Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been dispatched. The time will be communicated to you by email.
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks. Please understand that we can only offer you the payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple device by following verification steps. PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
- At checkout, select “PayPal” as your payment method.
- To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.

Instant transfer - pay easily and directly.
"Immediately." is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay safely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This means he can ship stock items and digital goods immediately - so you will receive your purchases faster. Please note that payment via instant transfer is only possible up to certain maximum order values.
